Who We Are

Mark Sciumeca, CEO
Marketing, Sales, Barter and Promotion

The CEO and team leader, Mark’s lifetime in management, marketing and sales includes executive sales, marketing and management experience in radio, TV, print and corporate work in branding and public relations.

Mark has worked with ABC/Cap Cities, CBS, NPR, PBS and The New York Times. A former vice president and board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Marketing Association, he is a skilled strategic thinker. Results-driven with an innate understanding of corporate ROI, finance and sales, he helps clients achieve new levels of growth and profitability. Mark has a B.A. in speech communications, State University of New York; and an M.A. in marketing (degree candidate), Johns Hopkins University.


Victor Aprea
Creative Design Communications

Victor is the creative director and president of FiftyFive Design Associates, MWSPartner’s longtime exclusive design, branding and Internet development partner for corporate, B to B and consumer marketing. From breakthrough logos and identity packages for small companies to seven figure new product launches for Fortune 100 firms, Victor’s work has generated sales, visibility and awards for some of New York and Philadelphia’s most demanding clients. He blends traditional design values with solid, process-oriented thinking. Energized by each new project, he’s brilliant at taking an idea and transforming it into solutions that excite, compel
and sell. Victor is a graduate of the University of the Arts, Philadelphia, with a B.F.A. in
graphic design.


Fredric K. McCaffrey, APR
Public and Media Relations

Fred has a unique blend of political background and corporate experience that spans Fortune 100 companies to start-ups. As a press secretary for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Fred learned he had to innovate in order to generate press coverage for PennDOT’s good works. In Washington, Fred managed the Senate radio-TV news bureau and was a press secretary for U.S. Senator John Heinz. His corporate background includes Rhône-Poulenc Inc., the world’s eighth largest chemical and pharmaceutical maker, and New York Life Insurance’s HMO, NYLCare. Fred is results-driven and loves to find new ways to break through the clutter and noise of mass media. He is also an expert at managing communications crises. Fred is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America and is a former board member of its Philadelphia Chapter. He has a B.A. in advertising/journalism (Magna Cum Laude),
Temple University.

MWSPartners collaborates with IMG, the world’s largest sports and lifestyle marketing and management company, when our clients need a high-profile entertainment or sports celebrity, or wish to sponsor a major local special event. IMG represents the world’s top athletes, broadcasters, models, classical musicians, authors, newsmakers and others.

Current clients range from some of their very first clients – including Arnold Palmer – to modern day superstars, such as Tiger Woods, Annika Sorenstam, Pete Sampras and John McEnroe.

With 70 offices in 30 countries and its headquarters in Cleveland, IMG represents worldwide agencies like the United States Olympic Committee, the International Olympic Committee and the Nobel Foundation. IMG also produces Fashion Week 7th Avenue in NYC and L.A.

We work exclusively with the Richards Group, a Dallas-based 1.2 billion dollar advertising giant. This firm offers negotiating clout and the most sophisticated media analysis tools and software available. Our partner at the Richards Group, Pam Warren, was awarded MEDIA Magazines 2004 Award for Best Media Plan (client: The Houston Chronicle).
